Our inquiry topic for this term is rodents and streams. We were lucky enough to participate in the local River Talks at Wai o Taiki reserve. The event helps us to realise that what we do as a community create either positive or negative changes to our local awa. It helped us to make connections to our own backyard.

School garden goodies
The wonderful crew in Room 5 made some delicious potatoe salad with our very own home grown taties! What a delight to eat they were melt in your mouth AMAZING!

The time has arrived! Chromebooks are revealed...
The excitement was too much for the 80 + highly eager student waiting to unwrap their new learning devices. This was a memorable day for GTS, a huge leap towards future focussed learning for our tamariki. Mrs Grant was on hand to support and guide us through this new adventure. It was truely a magical event.
